Returns, Refunds and Claims
FestivFinds orders cannot be returned or refunded.
In case of a complaint about the received order, you must send an e-mail within 4 days after receiving the goods. Complaints must be sent in writing to FestivFinds at email@example.com. In your complaint, please indicate the reason for the complaint, your name, surname and attach photos that would justify your complaint (for example: damaged items or items that do not correspond to the order). FestivFinds will analyze your complaint and will accept or refuse your request. In case of acceptance, a partial or complete refund will be made.
