Shipping costs for DIY KITS
The DIY Kits or any item sent directly to the customer and not requiring FestivFinds services are delivered by Swiss Post.
The following shipping fees are applicable :
- Standard shipping, between 3 and 5 working days at CHF 8,5
- Priority shipping, between 1 and 2 working days at CHF 12
Delivery charges for helium balloons
Canton of Geneva: between CHF 20 and CHF 65. Delivery rates vary depending on the location and time of delivery. Please contact FestivFinds and transmit the desired delivery date, the desired delivery time and the delivery address to obtain the cost of delivery.
Returns, Refunds and Claims
FestivFinds orders cannot be returned or refunded.
In case of a complaint about the received order, you must send an e-mail within 4 days after receiving the goods. Complaints must be sent in writing to FestivFinds at firstname.lastname@example.org. In your complaint, please indicate the reason for the complaint, your name, surname and attach photos that would justify your complaint (for example: damaged items or items that do not correspond to the order). FestivFinds will analyze your complaint and will accept or refuse your request. In case of acceptance, a partial or complete refund will be made.
INSTALLATIONS OF BALLOON DECORATIONS, BALLOON COMPOSITIONS
FestivFinds delivers balloon compositions and installs balloon decorations 24/7/365 subject to availability at the time of booking. Please contact FestivFinds to get an offer and book FestivFinds services.
The following information will have to be sent by e-mail (email@example.com) to FestivFinds for the establishment of the offer :
- First name
- Phone number
- Address (of the customer)
- Address (of the event)
- Type of event
- Date of the event
- Event start time
The date and time of delivery of the balloon composition or the date and time of installation of the balloon decoration will be agreed with the customer. A voluminous balloon decoration can be created at the event location.
The payment of the full order amount is requested at the reservation stage. For order that are above CHF 500 a deposit of 50% of the order amount can be paid to FestivFinds within 7 days after receipt of the FestivFinds offer or the same day if the event takes place in less than 7 days. After this period, this reservation will be cancelled without notice by FestivFinds.
Any reservation of a service related to an event is subject to a confirmation of reservation by FestivFinds. The confirmation of reservation is sent in writing upon receipt of the deposit.
A reservation must be cancelled 72 hours prior to the date and time of delivery of the balloon composition or the date and time of arrival of FestivFinds for the installation of the balloon decoration.
Cancellations of orders must be sent by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org subject to the following conditions:
- More than 72 hours in advance: No cancellation fee
- Less than 72 hours: Cancellation fee of 50% of the order amount
Delivery and travel expenses
Delivery costs are charged on balloon compositions and travel costs are charged on balloon installations.
Delivery or travel costs are charged in addition to the order and amount to :
- Canton of Geneva : between CHF 20 and CHF 65
- Canton of Vaud and Neuchâtel : from CHF 100
- Canton of Jura: between CHF 20 and CHF 65
