Returns, Refunds and Claims

FestivFinds orders cannot be returned or refunded.

In case of a complaint about the received order, you must send an e-mail within 24 hours after receiving the goods. Complaints must be sent in writing to FestivFinds at In your complaint, please indicate the reason for the complaint, your name, surname and attach photos that would justify your complaint (for example: damaged items or items that do not correspond to the order). FestivFinds will analyze your complaint and will accept or refuse your request. In case of acceptance, a partial or complete refund will be made.
