1. Quote request & analysis

Everything starts with your request via our online form. It allows us to gather key information about your project (event type, date, venue, inspiration...)

Once received, we’ll contact you for a discovery call to understand your universe, expectations, and the mood you want to create.


2. Custom design

After the call, we begin the creative phase. Our team designs a tailor-made proposal aligned with your vision, budget, and venue.

You’ll be supported throughout the process by a dedicated project manager to validate each element and ensure everything aligns perfectly until the big day.


3. Preparation & setup

During the preparation phase, we follow up step by step to validate all technical and aesthetic details.

On the event day, our team arrives early to install everything carefully and coordinate with other vendors if needed.


4. Event day – Enjoy fully

Once everything is installed, we step back discreetly so you can fully enjoy your moment.

At the end of the event, we return to take down everything, respecting the location and agreed timing.
